Ruris introduces in its product range the new model of RURIS RR270 premium brushcutter, for users who want to trim green spaces on an area of up to 1,500 sqm, with low fuel consumption, optimized weight / horsepower, as well as for higher efficiency of maintenance work in a short time.
The weight of RURIS RR270 premium brushcutterallows it to be optimized starting from the net weight without the Handle Support (Comfort) and the control system (handle piping), by replacing them with a fixed 4-point Basic system, as well as replacing the handle piping with a shorter model Bike type, so the weight can be optimized depending on the application but with reduced comfort for the user in this case.
In order to be able to use the RURIS RR270 premium brushcutter efficiently and safely, it is equipped with a system composed of the Comfort Handle Support, designed to significantly reduce the vibrations transmitted to the brushcutter pipe and implicitly to the user's hands.
Thus, the handle support which is integrated in the anti-vibration system with two-point vibration rupture on the axis of the pipe rod and of the command-and-control elements, reduces by half the vibration transmitted during operation.
The effect of breaking vibrations at two points occurs at the top and bottom of the pipe rod due to the two rubber shock absorbers that take the vibration and disperse it at the contact between the two sections of the shock absorbers.
The effect of high forces discharged on the Handle Support opposing at the section point called vectors, lead to a continuous decrease in vibration during use.
In addition, the control handles are lined with anti-vibration rubber that takes over the rest of the vibrations occasionally transmitted by the entire brushcutter assembly during operation.
It is known that vibration and noise ransmitted by one or more dependent or independent bodies have the cumulative effect of vibration on the same axis or trajectory. Thus, the control element (handles) is built much more robustly than for a classic brushcutter, in order not to allow the propagation of shock waves inside the handles of the brushcutter and to the user's hands.
The user's exposure is zero and is protected during operation by a significant reduction in vibration due to the system with which the Ruris RR270 Brushcutter is equipped. Vibration reduction also aims to protect the user's tendons and muscles during use in the long term.
The clutch is forced ventilated to prevent overheating of the engine and thus the engine cover. The cooling vanes of the fan are positioned from the construction of the cover that drives the clutch in the direction of introducing air over the entire surface of the clutch cover and the engine.
The engine cover that equips the Ruris RR270 Brushcutter is equipped with exhaust windows for quick removal of heat from the clutch and, by default, from the engine. The result is the removal of heat that could be transferred to the user in the lumbar region. Long-term exposure of the user to heat is detrimental to health due to renal dysfunction leading to decreased rennin, which helps regulate blood pressure during operation in various environmental conditions.
