Ruris introduces in its product range the new RURIS RR400 premium brushcutter model, for users who want to trim green spaces up to 3,500 sqm with low fuel consumption and optimized weight / horsepower, for a high efficiency of maintenance work in a short time. The RURIS RR400 premium brushcutter is intended for both landscape and hobbyists, as well as professionals who intensively mow and maintain green spaces.

The weight of the RURIS RR400 premium mower allows it to be optimized, starting from the net weight without the Handle Support (PlusComfort) and the Control System (handle pipe), by replacing them with a fixed 4-point basic system, as well as replacing the handle pipe with a shorter model Bike type, depending on the application, but with diminished comfort in this case.

The elevated PlusComfort system reduces the effort of the left-right pendulum movement by more than 50% compared to a classic mower. At the same time, the mowing position, determined by the PlusComfort Support, protects the user's spine during use and excludes the user's overbending.

It is known that the pathologies of the spine are given by the prolonged working position, regardless of age, but with greater exposure to people over 40 years, who use equipment continuously adjusted according to the complexity of the work. Thus, a factor that significantly modulates occupational pathology in the case of professionals is improved with the help of the PlusComfort system from Ruris, which is due to the position and angle of mowing. It is known that the working position, both for a short period of time and for a longer period of time, can lead to major spinal disorders.

To be able to use the RURIS RR400 premium mower efficiently and safely, this comes equipped with a system composed of the PlusComfort Handle Support, designed to significantly reduce the vibrations transmitted to the handles of the brushcutter and implicitly to the user's hands.

Thus, the handle supportwhich isintegrated in the anti-vibration system with two-point vibration rupture on the axis of the pipe rod and of the command and control elements, reduces by half the vibration transmitted during operation.

The effect of breaking vibrations at two points occurs at the top and bottom of the pipe rod due to the two rubber shock absorbers that take the vibration and disperse it at the contact between the two sections of the shock absorbers. It is equipped with a system composed of the PlusConfort Handle Support, designed to significantly reduce the vibrations transmitted to the handles of the brushcutter and implicitly to the user's hands.

In addition, the control pipe handles are lined with anti-vibration rubber that takes over the rest of the vibrations occasionally transmitted by the entire brushcutter assembly during operation.

Vibration and noise transmitted by one or more dependent or independent bodies have the cumulative effect of vibration on the same axis or trajectory. Thus, the control element (handles) is built much more robustly than a classic brushcutter, in order not to allow the propagation of shock waves inside the handles of the brushcutter and to the user's hands.

The user's exposure is zero and is protected during operation by a significant reduction in vibration due to the system that equips the Ruris RR400 premium brushcutter. Vibration reduction also aims to protect the user's tendons and muscles during use in the long term.

The clutch is forced ventilated to prevent overheating of the engine and thus its cover. The cooling vanes of the fan are positioned in the direction of the introduction of air over the entire surface of the clutch cover and the engine.

The engine cover that equips the Ruris RR400 premium brushcutter is equipped with exhaust windows for quick removal of heat from the clutch and, by default, the engine. The result is the removal of heat that could be transferred to the user in the lumbar region. Long-term user exposure to heat is detrimental to health through impaired renal function leading to decreased rennin, which helps regulate blood pressure during operation under various environmental conditions.
