All regulations for the promotions and contests we organize are exclusively established by Ruris Impex SRL. V. Litigation

By using, viewing or purchasing the products on this site, the user has acknowledged that the Romanian laws will govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and Ruris Impex SRL.

In the event of any conflict between Ruris Impex SRL and its clients, it will be tried at first to solve them amicably in at least 30 working days.

If amicable settlement will not be possible, the conflict will be settled in the competent court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

VI. Miscellaneous

If any of the above clauses are to be found null or not valid, irrespective of the cause, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
